INFORMATION MEETINGS FOR PARENTS OF P5 PUPILS
- Cycling Proficiency Test
Our school with the support of the Parents’ Association is participating in the Dutch Cycling proficiency test organised for primary 5 pupils. We think that it is an important project for the children to participate and we are all extremely enthusiastic about it. Two members from the PA have attended a meeting for all the schools in the local area that take part and they have been given all necessary information for our participation. In order to give you detailed information about this project, you are kindly invited to a meeting on 24 January 17.00 in our Drama Centre.
- School trip for year 5 classes
In the framework of our Environmental Studies our Primary 5 classes will spend a week in Orvelte (26.03.2012-30.03.2012). In order to give you detailed information about the trip you are invited to a meeting on the 24th January at 17.30 in our Drama centre.
P1&P2 PLAYGROUND
Due to a problem with the available rooms for the pre-bac exams in the Secondary, our P1 and P2 pupils will not use their usual playground for their breaks for the period from the 16th to 25th January. The reason is that the Secondary pupils will have to use the study hall which is next to our playground. During the breaks there is, of course, a lot of noise and we have been asked to help the secondary in finding a solution.
Therefore, during the above mentioned period our P1 pupils will use the Nursery playground and the P2 pupils will go to the playground of P3, P4 and P5. One more teacher will be on duty in each playground to guarantee pupils’ safety.
